CoRECT (City of Rosemead Emergency Communication Team)

Established in 2010 by the City of Rosemead and local volunteer HAM radio Operators, CoRECT assists with emergency communiations. It is generally believed that regular communication systems will be imparired during disasters. CoRECT was created to provide the City of Rosemead alternative emergency communications and a vital link to the region in the event that other systems fail.

We Need You!

CoRECT is looking for volunteers, and you can be a part of this important team. If you are a licensed HAM Operator, we encourage your participation. If you want to volunteer and think communications is for you, we can help you get licensed. even if you don't want to be licensed, there is still support role for you on the CoRECT team.
