The March 21st meeting serves Area 2 (for all residents bound by Rosemead Boulevard, Valley Boulevard, Rio Hondo Avenue, and Union Pacific Rail Road Lines). The purpose of the Community Area meeting is to:
• Educate the community;
• Provide crime statistics and crime trends in the community;
• Share information on personal safety, securing your property, and to help prevent you from becoming a victim to a vehicle or home burglary;
• Community Beautification through recycling; and
• Discuss the importance of Emergency Preparedness and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and much more.
Dinner and a chance for a raffle prize will be provided for participants. The City of Rosemead Public Safety Department strives to make Rosemead a safer place to live, work, shop and recreate.
