Covid-19 Update

Street Sweeping Parking Enforcement Will Resume on March 1, 2021

In December, the City of Rosemead temporarily suspended street sweeping parking enforcement as a result of the updated mandates enforced by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. These efforts were also put in place to help assist those in quarantine amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The City thanks the public’s partnership and collaboration during these unprecedented times. Since then, the City, as well as our street sweeping vendor, have done our best to keep our City streets clean.

The City desires to continue the upkeep of City streets; therefore, street sweeping parking enforcement will resume on Monday, March 1, 2021.

Please note that all other parking enforcement, such as parking along red curbs, blocking driveways or sidewalks, illegal handicapped stall parking, commercial vehicle, time-limit parking, and others will continue to be enforced. For further questions or assistance, please call the Public Safety Center at (626) 569-2292.
