Commissioner Recruitment Open
The City of Rosemead is accepting City Commission applications to serve on the Commission vacancies listed below. After reviewing applications, the City Council will appoint members of the community to fill these positions.
 Applicants selected will serve a two-year term beginning July 1, 2022, ending June 30, 2024.
• Beautification Commission Two Positions
• Parks Commission Two Positions
• Planning Commission Two Positions
• Traffic Commission Two Positions
• Public Safety Commission Three Residents and Two Business Community Members
There is currently an unscheduled vacancy expiring June 30, 2023; the applicant selected will serve the remainder of that term.
• Parks Commission One Position
Applicants must be over the age of 18 to apply and reside in the City of Rosemead, unless indicated otherwise. Interested applicants should complete and submit a Commissioner Application, no later than Thursday, June 16, 2022.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
1) Submitting to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall during regular business hours Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
2) Sending via e-mail to [email protected]; or
3) Mailing to the City Clerk's Office, 8838 E. Valley Blvd., Rosemead, CA 91770.
