Rosemead Housing Rights Workshop
In partnership with the Housing Rights Center, the City of Rosemead will be hosting Fair Housing Workshops for Rosemead landlords and tenants. The workshops will cover fair housing laws, including best practices for households with children, source of income requirements and protections (e.g. Section 8 vouchers), disability accommodations, and much more. It will also cover the temporary COVID-19 eviction laws in place across Los Angeles County.
The workshops are free and open to all Rosemead landlords and tenants and will be held via Zoom. To join, please register for the following workshops below by visiting www.housingrightscenter.org/workshops.
